Checking in on Scrappy

Our Furry Friends candidate Scrappy is doing well but still looking for his forever home. You might remember that Scrappy was a severely abused pup that the Furry Friends Fund helped give him a fresh start back to health. Scrappy who so loves people despite the abuse still has a few behavior issues to work out. OPC continue to help Scrappy out even if he finds his forever home.
